Whip up tangy sauerkraut in your Instant Pot with cabbage, vinegar, salt, and water - ready in under an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.25 cup salt
Instructions:
  • Add the cabbage to the electric pressure cooker pot, along with the vinegar, water, and salt. Mix well and cover.
  • Secure the lid, seal the vent, and choose the Chicken/Meat setting following the manufacturer's guidelines. Set the timer for 15 minutes and wait for 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to naturally release pressure for 10 to 40 minutes.
