Instant Pot® Apple Cinnamon Rosemary Steel-Cut Oats: A comforting autumn breakfast bursting with seasonal flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large apple - peeled, cored, and diced
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dried pitted dates, diced
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pecans, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker, combine oats, water, almond milk, apple, dates, rosemary, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until just combined. Seal the lid, select high pressure for 4 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions, and allow pressure to build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before swiftly releasing pressure following the manufacturer's guidance. Unlock and take off the lid.
  • Mix the cooked oatmeal well and sprinkle with diced pecans for a delightful finishing touch.
