Elevate your Buffalo wings with tender perfection using the Instant Pot®.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 0.75 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix
Instructions:
  • In your multi-functional pressure cooker, add water and place the trivet inside. Arrange the wings on top. Close the lid, seal it, and choose the Manual setting. Cook on high pressure following the manufacturer's instructions; set the timer for 10 minutes. Wait for the pressure to build for 10 to 15 minutes before proceeding.
  • Combine the wing sauce and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl, then line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Release pressure gently following the manufacturer's quick-release instructions for about 5 minutes. Carefully unlock and remove the lid. Using tongs, transfer the wings to the sauce in the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Cover the baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top before arranging the wings on it.
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the heat source and preheat the broiler to high. Broil wings for 5 minutes, then flip and cook until crispy, approximately 5 more minutes. Toss with any remaining sauce as desired.
