Polish Haluski with cabbage, egg noodles, and kielbasa made effortlessly in the Instant Pot®.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag egg noodles
Instructions:
  • Preheat a multi-functional pressure cooker like Instant Pot® on Saute function. Add butter and onion, cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally for 1 to 2 minutes. Add cabbage and kielbasa; cook until cabbage wilts, about 10 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and egg noodles until well combined.
  • Seal the lid securely. Choose High pressure per manufacturer's guidelines, then set the timer for 3 minutes. Let pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Carefully quick-release pressure following manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Remove the lid and season with salt and pepper. Serve promptly.
