Pressure cooker jalapeno popper dip with butter crackers. Creamy and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup real bacon bits
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker, mix cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, chicken, green onion, bacon bits, and water. Seal the lid, set to Manual for 5 minutes, then let pressure build for 10 minutes.
  • Vent pressure slowly following manufacturer's guidelines for quick release, for around 5 minutes. Open lid and incorporate Cheddar cheese and sour cream, stirring until cheese is fully melted.
  • Move the dip to a serving dish and enhance with more jalapenos, bacon bits, and Cheddar cheese, if preferred.
