Elevate your party with a flavorful Mediterranean pizza dip made effortlessly in your Instant Pot®.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 0.75 cup chopped boneless ham steak
  • 0.5 cup sliced black olives, drained
  • 0.5 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 0.5 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
  • Mix together cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cherry tomatoes, ham steak, olives, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, garlic, basil, and Italian seasoning until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a 1 3/4-quart round glass baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  • In the insert of a multi-functional pressure cooker, pour in 1 cup of water. Place the metal trivet inside and the baking dish on top. Close and lock the lid, then select manual pressure and set the timer for 10 minutes. Let the pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Remove the lid, stir well, and serve immediately.
