Instant Pot® Mushroom Broth: Use any mushrooms, but baby bella for the richest flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, halved
  • 1 large carrot, halved
  • 1 stalk celery, halved
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 10 cups water
Instructions:
  • Add mushrooms, onion, carrot, celery, salt, bay leaf, and water to your Instant Pot®. Seal the lid, select high pressure, and set the timer for 30 minutes. Let the pressure build for 30 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to naturally release for approximately 30 minutes, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Remove the lid to release the aroma. Allow the broth to cool for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid to remove any solids, ensuring a smooth and clear broth.
