Instant Pot® corn on the cob: crisp, sweet, buttery with a hint of Old Bay®, evoking flavors of a low country boil effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), divided
  • 4 ears corn, husks and silks removed
Instructions:
  • In the inner pot of your multi-functional pressure cooker, mix 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of seafood seasoning. Add a steamer rack trivet to the pot. Place the corn on top of the trivet, layering if necessary, and sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning.
  • Secure the lid tightly. Choose high pressure as per the manufacturer's guidelines, then set the timer for 2 minutes. Wait patiently for 7 to 10 minutes for the pressure to build up.
  • After carefully releasing pressure using the quick-release method for around 5 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions, unlock and remove the lid, then drain and serve.
