Elevate cocktail wieners with Thai flavors in the Instant Pot® for a game day hit!
Ingredients:
  • 28 ounces cocktail wieners
  • 12 ounces sweet chile sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker, mix cocktail wieners, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and chicken broth. Stir well. Seal the lid, set to high pressure for 1 minute, and wait for the pressure to build for 10-15 minutes.
  • Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Then, unlock and remove the lid.
  • Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve right away, or set to Keep Warm mode.
