"Quick and flavorful Instant Pot shredded chicken tacos, ready in under 30 minutes for an easy weeknight meal topped with your favorite toppings."
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup picante sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope chicken taco seasoning mix (such as McCormick®)
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker, mix chicken broth, picante sauce, green chiles, and lime juice. Add chicken and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Seal the cooker and set to high pressure for 12 minutes, following manufacturer's guidelines. Allow pressure to build for 10-15 minutes.
  • Quickly release pressure following manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove lid. Keep warm setting. Transfer chicken to cutting board and let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken and return it to the pot, heating for 3 minutes until warmed through.
