Whip up effortless Instant Pot cranberry sauce for a stress-free holiday feast preparation!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12-ounce) bags cranberries (8 cups), fresh or frozen
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 (3inch) cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
  • In a 6-quart Instant Pot, mingle the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, cinnamon stick, orange zest, and ginger together.
  • Set your pressure cooker to cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, ensuring that the pressure release valve is sealed.
  • Once the cooker beeps, allow the pressure to release naturally for 18-25 minutes. Then uncover the sauce and let it cool to room temperature. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
