Easy Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce

Whip up fresh cranberry sauce in minutes without using the stove!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds fresh cranberries
  • 1.75 cups white sugar
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker, blend together cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and salt. Seal the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions, and wait for pressure to build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Let the pressure naturally release for 10 to 40 minutes as per manufacturer's instructions. Open the lid and introduce the aromatic cinnamon stick. Switch to Saute mode and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes. Discard the cinnamon stick before serving.
  • Use an immersion blender to blend sauce until smooth. Allow sauce to cool naturally to thicken.
