Instant Pot Spinach and Cheese Egg Cups are flavorful and perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt, or to taste
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 0.75 cup shredded Muenster cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
Instructions:
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl until pale and frothy, then mix in garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine spinach, savory Muenster cheese, and diced onion in a small bowl. Distribute the mixture evenly into the compartments of a silicone egg mold. Pour the beaten eggs into each compartment, filling them 3/4 of the way. Then, cover the mold with aluminum foil.
  • Add 1/2 cup water to Instant Pot, place egg mold inside, close the lid securely, seal the vent, and select Steam function for 13 minutes.
  • Let pressure release naturally for 10 to 40 minutes as per the manufacturer's directions.
