Make Instant Pot farro for delicious salads, soups, or pilaf.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 cup farro
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker, mix water, farro, and salt. Seal the lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes following the manufacturer's guidelines, and let the pressure build for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once cooking is complete, allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions. Then release any remaining pressure through the vent, unlock, and remove the lid. Drain any excess liquid if necessary.
