Quick and easy Instant Pot hard boiled eggs for perfectly cooked, easy-to-peel results every time!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 16 eggs
Instructions:
  • Place a wire rack in a multifunctional pressure cooker like an Instant Pot. Add water. Gently arrange raw eggs on the rack, ensuring a snug fit. Secure and seal the lid.
  • Set the Instant Pot to High pressure following the manufacturer's instructions, then set the timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build up.
  • Once the timer beeps, press cancel and perform a quick pressure release following the manufacturer’s guidelines for about 5 minutes. Open the lid right away to avoid overcooking the eggs.
  • Place the eggs in a large bowl and cover them with cold water using a serving spoon. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs while they are still warm, rinse off any shell pieces, and use immediately or store in the fridge.
