Savory ranch chicken cooked with crispy bacon and gooey cheese in a multicooker.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot), mix chicken and cream cheese. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and pour in water. Seal the lid, select high pressure, and set the timer for 15 minutes. Let the pressure build for 10-15 minutes.
  • Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes, then unlock and remove the lid.
  • Shred the chicken using 2 forks, then return it to the pot. Set the heat to low as per manufacturer's instructions and add Cheddar cheese and bacon. Stir well to combine and heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
