Enhance your Iowa tailgate with this flavorful black and gold salsa - perfect for preparing ahead of time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 4 green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Combine beans, corn, green chiles, green onions, lime juice, coriander, cumin, and cayenne in a medium bowl. Mix well and fold in cilantro.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavors. Enjoy with crispy chips.
