Quick and delicious Italian pizza using store-bought or homemade crust for everyone to enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 inch) individual ready made pizza crusts
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 5 leaves escarole, rinsed and dried
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brush the pizza crust with a delicate touch of olive oil. Next, spread a thin layer of pizza sauce and sprinkle with minced garlic. Discard thick stems from escarole, then artfully arrange the leaves over the pizza. Finally, generously cover with shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake until the cheese is golden and bubbly, for about 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven.
