Make juicy Italian-style chicken by marinating chicken in dressing, then sautéing. Simple, delicious dish with just 4 ingredients. Enjoy with noodles or rice. Bellissimo!
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
  • 0.33333298563957 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Place chicken breasts in a glass dish, poke holes in them with a fork, season with salt and pepper, pour salad dressing, mix well to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Warm some oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Pat dry marinated chicken, sear in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, turning once, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side. Confirm doneness with an instant-read thermometer for a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
