Try this quick and heart-healthy Bisquick Heart Smart® chicken and veggie pizza recipe for a delicious meal in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free egg product or 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup diced green or yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup cut-up cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with Italian-style herbs, drained (from 14.5-oz can)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine Bisquick mix, egg product, water, and garlic powder in a small bowl; then spread the mixture into the pan.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat until tender. Add chicken, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning, and cook until heated through. Pour mixture over batter and top with cheese before serving.
  • Bake until golden brown, then gently loosen from the sides of the pan.
