Indulge in a gourmet Italian pizza night with your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 350g butternut pumpkin, peeled, cut into 1.5cm pieces
  • 30cm bought pizza base
  • 40.00 ml pizza sauce
  • 40g (1/3 cup) grated mozzarella
  • 100g sliced prosciutto, halved
  • 75g fresh ricotta, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C. Toss pumpkin with oil on a baking tray, season with your favorite spices, and roast for about 20 minutes until beautifully golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
  • Preheat the oven to 220C and grease a pizza tray. Spread the pizza base with pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with pumpkin, prosciutto, and ricotta. Bake on the tray for 15 minutes until the base is crisp.
