Betty Crocker's Grilling cookbook features a simple and delicious drumstick recipe with just six ingredients. Deliciously divine!
Ingredients:
  • 4 turkey drumsticks, 2 1/2 pounds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chunky-style spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a 12-inch skillet, combine the turkey, salt, and garlic, then cover with enough water. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered on low heat for 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes until the turkey is tender. Drain before using.
  • Prepare the grill by brushing the rack with vegetable oil and heating coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  • Combine the spaghetti sauce, wine, and oil, then generously brush the mixture over the turkey.
  • Grill the turkey over medium heat, brushing with sauce and turning once, until tender and nicely browned, about 30-40 minutes. Discard any leftover sauce.
