Easy baked potatoes smothered in creamy sour cream and fresh chives.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg potato
  • 20.00 ml season-all
  • Sour cream, to serve
  • Fresh chives, chopped, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220C/200C fan-forced. Use a fork or skewer to prick the potatoes all over. Microwave on high (100%) for 6 minutes, then transfer to a roasting pan. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Coat potatoes in oil and generously season. Roast for 30 minutes until golden brown and easily pierced with a skewer.
  • Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chives.
