Spicy jalapeño and cheese bread made effortlessly in a bread machine for a sinus-clearing kick.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 0.5 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 tablespoons chopped fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 0.5 tablespoon active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add the water, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapeño peppers, salt, flour, sugar, and yeast to the bread machine in the specified order or as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Choose the Regular Basic Bread cycle setting.
  • Take out the freshly baked loaf from the machine once the cycle is complete.
