Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup diced jalapeno chile pepper
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and butter until melted. Add corn, Cheddar cheese, butter, and jalapeño pepper. Stirring regularly, cook until the sauce is smooth and all ingredients are hot, approximately 10 minutes.
