Spicy baked corn with creamy cheese sauce and pickled jalapenos - adjust jalapeno to taste.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans vacuum packed corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33333331346512 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pickled jalapeno pepper, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously spray a 9x9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Smoothly blend cream cheese with milk in a mixing bowl. Mix in corn and jalapeno peppers. Transfer to the dish, then cover with a lid or foil.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-50 minutes in a preheated oven.
