Creamy sweet corn jalapenos with a spicy kick, featuring cream cheese, parmesan, and bacon for a flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 250g block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 sweet corn cobs
  • 40.00 ml KRAFT* Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20.00 ml snipped chives
  • 20 jalapeno chillies, split in half lengthways and seeds removed
  • 40 (x 12-14cm) long strips streaky bacon
Instructions:
  • Mix together cream cheese, corn, cheese, and chives, then fill each jalapeno half evenly. Wrap a piece of bacon around each jalapeno and secure with a skewer. Arrange on a baking tray.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes, flipping the bacon halfway through, until it's cooked to perfection. Serve piping hot right away.
