Baked jalapeno poppers with sharp cheddar cheese filling - irresistibly rich and spicy, you'll devour them in seconds!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 15 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 tablespoon milk
  • 1.5 cups crushed corn flake cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a medium baking sheet.
  • Combine cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Use this delicious mixture to stuff the jalapeño halves.
  • Combine eggs and milk in a small bowl, then coat crushed corn flake cereal in another bowl.
  • Coat each stuffed jalapeno half in the egg and milk mixture, then roll in corn flake cereal for a crispy finish.
  • Spread the ingredients evenly on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the filling is bubbling and lightly browned.
