Easy-to-make jelly-filled cookies with customizable flavors for a delightful treat for guests.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup fruit preserves, any flavor
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cream together butter, sugar, and egg yolks until light and fluffy using an electric mixer. Gradually add flour to form a soft dough. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets, then create a well in the center of each and fill with 1/2 teaspoon of preserves.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown, then transfer to wire racks to cool.
