Elevate a traditional Bundt cake with vibrant mini jelly beans for a festive Easter showstopper.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup mini jelly beans
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F. Prepare a bundt pan by generously greasing and flouring it. Coat jelly beans with 2 tablespoons of flour and set aside. In a separate medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together sugar, butter, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then gently mix in the flour mixture until fully combined.
  • Place 1 cup of batter into the bottom of the prepared pan, then gently fold the jelly beans into the remaining batter.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and allow to cool completely.
