Elevate wings with Caribbean marinade and flavorful dips for a tropical twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup jerk marinade
  • 1 package (3 lb) frozen chicken wing drummettes, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 medium green onions, chopped (1/2 cup)
Instructions:
  • Place the chicken wings in a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish and pour the flavorful jerk marinade over them. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F with racks positioned in the middle. Line and spray two 15x10x1-inch pans with foil. Spread chicken wings on pans, discarding any leftover marinade.
  • Bake both pans in the middle oven racks for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken's juice runs clear when the thickest part is cut to the bone. Remember to switch the pans halfway through baking for even wing cooking.
  • In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and fresh green onions for a flavorful sauce to serve with the chicken wings.
