Delicious chicken teriyaki pizza loaded with pineapple, green pepper, red onion, and melted mozzarella.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 ounce) package Johnsonville® Flame Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sliced red onion
  • 0.5 cup green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 0.25 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 1 (12 inch) thin Boboli® pizza crust
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons Additional teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
  • Mix together the pineapple, red onion, green pepper, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425°F (220°C).
  • Cover pizza crust generously with 3/4 cup of cheese. Add the pineapple mixture and chicken, then finish off with a final sprinkle of cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is gooey and bubbly, around 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onion and lightly coat with teriyaki sauce, if desired.
