Flavorful Italian sausage meatballs with Parmesan and onion, ready in 20 minutes, perfect for elevating pasta nights.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 0.25 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 (19 ounce) package Johnsonville® Italian Mild Sausage Links, casings removed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large bowl, mix together bread crumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, milk, and onion. Add sausage and combine well. Shape into 20 meatballs and arrange on a shallow baking pan.
  • Cook the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until they are fully cooked, and reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F (72°C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
