Whip up crispy olive and rosemary breadsticks, perfect with marinara for a delectable appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olive tapenade
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 can (11 ounces) refrigerated soft breadsticks
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, heated, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F, then combine the tapenade and fresh rosemary for a burst of delicious flavors.
  • Roll or press each breadstick to a width of 2 1/2 inches. Spread 1 teaspoon of tapenade mixture evenly down the center of each breadstick. Roll the breadsticks up lengthwise like a jelly roll. Cut each in half lengthwise, then twist each piece 2 or 3 times and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
