Zesty olive tapenade with garlic, Kalamata olives, capers, and fresh herbs - perfect for tangy crostini topping.
Ingredients:
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Add garlic cloves to a blender or food processor and pulse until minced.
  • Combine olives, parsley, capers, lemon juice, and olive oil in a blender. Pulse until ingredients are finely chopped.
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance flavors.
