Vibrant kale salad with crunchy pine nuts, sweet cranberries, and sun-dried tomato.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch kale, washed and stems removed
  • 150g semi dried tomatoes
  • 2 large carrots, peeled, shaved into ribbons with vegetable peeler
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, finely sliced
  • 125.00 ml pine nuts, toasted
  • 125.00 ml cranberries
  • 125.00 ml Deli Style Classic Vinaigrette
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare the kale by bunching it together and rolling it before slicing into 1cm strips.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and generously season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with Praise Deli Style Classic Vinaigrette.
  • Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
