Summer is the perfect time for picnics with delicious food and great company!
Ingredients:
  • 185.63 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 23.40 gm Dijon mustard
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 350g cabbage
  • 1/2 bunch purple curly kale, leaves shredded
  • 1/2 bunch green curly kale, leaves shredded
  • 6 radishes, trimmed, coarsely grated
  • 1 carrot, coarsely grated
Instructions:
  • In a spacious bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of cold water, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Combine cabbage, kale, radish, and carrot in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, toss gently, and serve.
