Delicious keto-friendly air fryer jalapeño poppers - easy and ready in 10 minutes with only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 6 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
  • 7.5 ounces garden vegetable cream cheese (such as Philadelphia®)
  • 6 bacon strips, halved lengthwise
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Stuff each jalapeño half with creamy, rich cream cheese and wrap it snugly with a savory strip of bacon, securing the ends either by tucking them in or using toothpicks.
  • Arrange the jalapeño poppers in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Working in batches is recommended for even cooking.
  • Air-fry the poppers until the bacon reaches your desired level of crispiness, about 10-12 minutes. Maintain the warmth of the cooked poppers in a low-temperature oven while you air-fry the rest.
