Ultimate green keto smoothie: avocado, spinach, MCT oil, coconut milk, and vanilla blend.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup water, or more as needed
  • ice cubes
  • 0.5 medium avocado, pitted and scooped from shell
  • 0.5 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla powder
Instructions:
  • In a blender, add coconut milk, water, ice cubes, avocado, spinach, erythritol, MCT oil, and vanilla powder. Blend until creamy.
