Try a keto-friendly chicken pizza crust - top with your faves or cheese and basil for a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly by hand. Gently fold in the basil.
  • Sandwich the chicken mixture between parchment paper. Smooth and shape the mixture into a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick circle or rectangle. Peel off and discard the top parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven until the edges are golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes.
