Tangy key lime filling with creamy sour cream and sweet condensed milk, nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.75 cup key lime juice
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Collect all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, mix together condensed milk, key lime juice, sour cream, and lime zest until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a graham cracker crust and place the pie on a baking sheet.
  • Simply bake in a preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes until small bubbles pop on the pie's surface. The filling should be jiggly but not golden.
  • Place the pie on a wire rack to cool, then refrigerate it for about 1 hour until thoroughly chilled before serving. Top with lime slices and whipped cream for added flavor, if desired.
