Transport yourself to Key West with this zesty baked grouper, a tropical escape in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup softened butter, plus more for baking dish
  • 4 (8 ounce) fillets grouper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 0.25 cup key lime juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh orange juice
  • 12 slices lime
  • 8 oranges
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and gently coat a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with butter.
  • Season the grouper fillets generously with salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Arrange them in a baking dish. Top each fillet with 2 tablespoons of softened butter, lime juice, orange juice, 3 lime slices, and 2 orange slices.
  • Cook the fish in the flavorful heat of a preheated oven until it turns opaque and easily flakes with a fork, approximately 15 minutes.
