Herb-seasoned baked kielbasa with red potatoes, bell pepper, celery, and onions. A flavorful and simple dish for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Polish kielbasa sausage, cut into thin slices
  • 4 medium red potatoes, cut into thin slices
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup butter, sliced into small pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine sausage, potatoes, celery, bell pepper, onion, green onions, parsley, basil, cilantro, rosemary, and salt in a casserole dish. Top with evenly spaced butter pats and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, then bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
