Elevate breakfast yogurt with fresh fruit, coconut, and honey.
Ingredients:
  • 35g (1/2 cup) shredded coconut
  • 400g premium blend creamy yoghurt (Jalna brand)
  • 4 kiwifruit, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 250g (1 punnet) strawberries, washed, hulled, quartered
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread coconut on a large baking tray and bake for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. (Optional: see microwave tip.)
  • Combine the yogurt, kiwifruit, strawberries, and honey in a large bowl, gently mix together.
  • Serve the dish generously topped with toasted coconut for an irresistible presentation.
