Make refreshing tropical ice-blocks by blending kiwifruit with coconut cream. Perfect for quick and tasty snacks!
Ingredients:
  • 8 kiwifruit, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 270ml light coconut cream
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Blend kiwifruit in a food processor until velvety. Pour into a jug. Stir in luscious coconut cream and sugar. Distribute evenly into eight ice-block moulds, each with a 60ml (1/4-cup) capacity.
  • Chill in the freezer overnight. Allow to thaw for 5 minutes, then unmold.
