30-minute flavorful kransky rolls, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 4 kransky sausages, scored
  • 4 hot dog buns, warmed, buttered
  • 200g carrots, peeled, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 300g celeriac, trimmed, peeled, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 125g (1/2 cup) whole egg mayonnaise
  • 20.00 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 11.80 gm extra-strong Dijon mustard, plus extra, to serve
  • 82.50 ml fresh continental parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Combine carrot and celeriac in a bowl. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard in another bowl. Season with pepper. Gently fold in the carrot mixture. Let it sit covered for 20 minutes, then stir in the parsley and adjust seasoning.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, sizzle the sausages in oil, flipping occasionally, for 8 minutes until done. Fill the rolls with a dollop of remoulade, sausages, and a generous drizzle of mustard.
