Kransky sausage paired with delicious potato salad is a winning combination.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg desiree potatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 247.50 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 4 gherkins, roughly chopped
  • 62.50 ml dill leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 kransky sausages, halved lengthways
  • pumpernickel bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Add the potato to a saucepan and cover it with cold water. 2. Bring the potato to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes, or until it is just tender. 3. Drain the potato and transfer it to a bowl. Allow it to cool before using.
  • Combine the mayonnaise, gherkin, dill, salt, and pepper with the potato and toss together.
  • In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook sausages for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until heated through. Transfer to plates and enjoy with potato salad and bread.
