No-bake kumquat pie with 5 ingredients, just mix and freeze in graham cracker crust. Delightful and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 0.66666668653488 cup kumquat puree
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Using an electric mixer, combine condensed milk and whipped topping until smooth. Mix in lemon juice until thickened. Gently fold in kumquat purée, then transfer mixture to pie crust.
  • Chill until solid, for 2 to 3 hours. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes before enjoying.
