Make savory Lebanese wraps with lamb steak, tabouli, and hommus rolled in bread rounds.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml coarsely chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 3 (100g each) lamb leg steaks
  • 187.50 ml hommus dip
  • 300g tabouli
  • 4 Lebanese bread rounds
Instructions:
  • Mix lemon juice, oregano, garlic, and oil in a glass or ceramic dish. Add lamb and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, if possible.
  • Heat up your barbecue plate or chargrill until it's nice and hot. Grill the lamb for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for a perfect medium cook or to your preferred doneness. Place the cooked lamb on a plate, cover it with foil, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Finally, thinly slice the lamb before serving.
  • Spread a generous layer of creamy hommus on each slice of bread. Sprinkle with fresh and vibrant tabouli, then layer with succulent lamb slices. Roll up the bread tightly to seal in the delicious filling. Present and enjoy!
