Juicy lamb ribs marinated in a tantalizing blend of white wine and honey, combining Middle Eastern and European influences, then slow-roasted to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 3.5 pounds lamb ribs
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Arrange the lamb ribs in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together onions, white wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the marinade over the lamb, cover the dish with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Unwrap the lamb and roast it in the oven until beautifully browned and tender, approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. Ensure a medium level of doneness by checking with an instant-read thermometer - it should read 130 degrees F (55 degrees C) when inserted into the center.
